Sarah Wilson is a health educator working on issues of mental health promotion and education at the University of Maryland Health Center. In this role she coordinates mental health and wellness programming and service needs of the campus community, instructs upper level courses, supervises the mental health peer educators, and oversees the Wags for Wellness animal assisted therapy program. Her programming interests on campus include pet therapy visits, art as a method of stress management, and the practice of gratitude.  Sarah graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in public health and later continued her studies at her alma mater, earning a Master of Social Work from the College of Social Work and Master of Public Health from the Arnold School of Public Health.
