I applied this year but want to reapply next year. Does the Graduate School keep my materials from year to year?

To be reconsidered for admission you will need to complete a new application, pay the application fee, as well as upload materials again. While doing this, our online application may warn you that you are creating a duplicate account but you should ignore the warning and proceed to create a new record for the current admissions cycle. If you previously mailed in an official hard copy transcript you do not need to submit this again, unless you had not yet completed the degree when you first applied, in which case you will need to submit an updated transcript. Valid test scores do not have to be submitted again unless they will have expired by the time you are reapplying.
