Fan Tsao

Fan Tsao is one of the petition reviewers at the Graduate School and serves on the u.achieve tech team. She enjoys finding ways to enhance efficiency in Graduate School operations and build collaborations with our graduate programs. Before joining UMD, Fan worked in ocean science and policy. She has a master’s in marine affairs, earned her BS in ocean engineering, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
