Fan Tsao

Fan is responsible for driving decisions related to the design, configuration, and testing of business processes for Workday Student implementation. She enjoys finding ways to enhance efficiency in Graduate School operations and build collaborations with our graduate programs. Prior to joining the Graduate School, Fan was graduate academic advisor at the School of Public Policy. Before joining UMD, Fan worked in ocean science and policy. She has a master’s in marine affairs, earned her BS in ocean engineering, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
