Jillian Randall

In her role as Assistant to the Dean and Graduate School Events Coordinator, Jillian provides executive support to the Graduate School Deans assisting for scheduling, communications, events, and acts as a liaison to the Office of the Provost. She also leads the communications team providing oversight, direction, strategy, and visual design for all communications channels. She collaborates with members of the Graduate School Success Team to plan and promote various programming opportunities provided by The Graduate School and its staff. 

Jillian is a two time alum of University of Maryland, having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and a Master’s of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. Prior to becoming a member of UMD’s staff, she served as a dual-certified elementary and high school teacher for Montgomery County Public Schools.
