Graduate Student Quality of Life Survey
The Graduate School in partnership with Graduate Student Life in The Stamp and in collaboration with the Graduate Student Government and Graduate Student Legal Aid Office, administered a 90 question survey to over 9800 graduate students during the period of May through June 2017. The purpose of the survey was to better understand multiple facets of the graduate student experience. This population was last surveyed in 2010 with a limited scope by the Office of Graduate Student Life.
In Fall 2018, the Graduate School instituted a policy requiring supervisors of graduate assistants to have formal expectations-setting meetings with all of their graduate assistants. In October 2018, the Graduate School administered a survey of all graduate assistants to monitor compliance with the new policy. The report summarizing the results of this survey is below.
