Jessica Duque

Jessica Duque serves as the Director of Finance and Administration for The Graduate School and is responsible for the budgeting, management, reporting and oversight of all Graduate School (GS) accounts. She works in consultation with the Dean, Associate and Assistant Deans to develop and coordinate the implementation of strategic plans and ensure compliance with University policies. She also oversees all GS human resources, business operations and fellowship/tuition program operations ensuring policy and requirement compliance and provides high-level budgetary/financial management and forecasting/reporting, both internally and externally.

Jessica is a proud Terp Alumna having earned her Bachelor of Science from the Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2011. She also earned her Master of Science from University of Maryland, Global Campus in 2018.
