International applicants who would need an I-20 or DS-2019 should consider the ECAM program (M.S. in Applied Economics - College Park, 15-week semester). International applicants who already reside in the U.S. on existing visas that permit study may apply using domestic deadlines to either program (ECAO in DC or ECAM in College Park).
