Strengthen your mentoring skills and support the success of graduate students and postdoctoral fellows in this dynamic, interactive workshop. This workshop is part of the Entering Mentoring Series, developed at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and fulfills the requirement for mentoring training for NIH T32 and other training grants. The curriculum addresses key challenges faced by research mentors and offers practical strategies for fostering productive, inclusive, and supportive mentoring relationships.
