The University Health Center is excited to offer in-person and virtual opportunities for University of Maryland students, staff, and faculty to receive Mental Health First Aid training! 

Mental Health First Aid is a national certification course that is designed to teach the layperson the skills to recognize signs and symptoms of mental health challenges, identify community resources, and link individuals in need of treatment and support to the proper resources.
