Provide graduate students with healthy skills to cope with the challenges and stressors of everyday life. This would focus on distress tolerance and emotion regulation skills outlined. Provide attendees with handouts on the ACCEPTS and IMPROVE self soothing skills followed by the creation of self-soothing kits. Kits will include objects that can help individuals tap into their sense of smell, taste, and touch and fit in a discrete bag.
