Invest in Your Future: A Graduate School Success Symposium January 24, 2019 9 am-4 pm Edward St. John Learning Center Registration opens: December 12th, 2019 Last day to cancel for a full refund: January 18th Deposit: $20 (This event is free, but a deposit is required to register. The Graduate School will initiate the process for returning deposits to all attendees within 5-7 business days after the event.)

Last week, the Graduate School sponsored its second annual Invest in Your Future, Summer Edition Student Success Symposium. With three concurrent tracks focused on writing, career planning, and developing professional skills, the symposium aimed at propelling graduate students, and postdocs into a productive summer.

The Graduate School will host its campus-wide New Graduate Student Orientation on Monday, August 20, 2018, at 9:30 a.m.—12:00 noon, in the Grand and Colony Ballrooms of the Stamp Student Union. The orientation will be followed by an outdoor BBQ from 12:00 Noon—1:00 p.m. on McKeldin Mall for new graduate students who attend the orientation.  Registration is required. On May 16, The Graduate School and Interim Dean Jeffrey Franke, celebrated the accomplishments of our graduating doctoral students, with keynote speaker and Dean of the College of Computer, Mathematical and Natural Sciences, Dr. Jayanth R. Banavar.
