Dr. Sandra S. Rosenblatt is a retired pediatric and school psychologist. She maintained a private practice in Baltimore County treating women and children for many years. Rosenblatt completed a Ph.D. in School Psychology at the University of Maryland in 1983.

Dr. Arati Dasgupta from the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory's (NRL's) Radiation Hydrodynamics Branch of the Plasma Physics Division was recently awarded fellowship to the Washington Academy of Sciences. She is recognized for "outstanding achievements and contributions in the field of plasma physics."

Yang-Tzong (Jimmy) Tsay received his doctorate in accounting from the University of Maryland in 1988. Following his studies, Dr. Tsay returned to Taiwan to accept a faculty position at National Taiwan University (NTU). He went on to become chairman of NTU’s accounting department from 1997 to 2000 and professor emeritus in 2011. As one of the pioneer accounting educators in Taiwan, Dr. Tsay helped to establish graduate programs in accounting at NTU and two other universities in Taiwan.

Raúl Vallejo MA ’97, Ambassador of Ecuador to Colombia, is an accomplished diplomat, writer, and professor. Born in the fishing town of Manta, Ecuador, and raised in the country’s largest city –Guayaquil–Vallejo began writing at a young age. In 1976, while still in high school, he published his first book of short stories titled Cuento a cuento cuento, and decided to pursue this passion, which has served him well over the years.
