Prioritizing You: Building a Personalized Self-Care Plan

Navigating the demands of graduate school and postdoctoral training can be overwhelming, but prioritizing wellness is key to thriving both personally and professionally. In this 60-minute interactive workshop, you will learn how to develop a personalized wellness plan that incorporates meaningful self-care practices and practical strategies for maintaining balance and resilience.
