Restorative Rest Series
These sessions are aimed at providing an opportunity for you to enjoy restorative rest which benefits your mental health, overall wellness and academic success. The sessions will potentially include gentle yoga, meditation and/or a sound bath. The session location will be determined prior to the start date.
