Through the wellness programs below, our Graduate Academic Counselor provides resources to help you navigate challenges, prioritize mental health, and thrive during your graduate journey.

Graduate Student Circle Sessions

These sessions are an opportunity to learn about resources and new approaches to addressing concerns, ask questions, and potentially connect with other graduate students. These virtual sessions are typically offered monthly on Thursdays during the Fall and Spring semesters.

Eat, Grow and Learn Series

This series is dedicated to assisting graduate students in establishing community, learning about resources and sharing thoughts over food. Certain sessions are dedicated to certain identity groups. Allies are welcome and encouraged to attend to eat, grow and learn.
