Rest, Reflect, & Rise: A Social Wellness Event for Scholars
Join us on May 9, 2025 for a rejuvenating experience designed to help graduate students and postdocs engage in restorative practices, reflect on their journeys, and build meaningful community connections.
Graduate Student Circle Sessions
These sessions are an opportunity to learn about resources and new approaches to addressing concerns, ask questions, and potentially connect with other graduate students. These virtual sessions are typically offered monthly on Thursdays during the Fall and Spring semesters.
Eat, Grow and Learn Series
This series is dedicated to assisting graduate students in establishing community, learning about resources and sharing thoughts over food. Certain sessions are dedicated to certain identity groups. Allies are welcome and encouraged to attend to eat, grow and learn.
Restorative Rest Series
These sessions are aimed at providing an opportunity for you to enjoy restorative rest which benefits your mental health, overall wellness and academic success.
